From your expertise to a taught session
Start with your own notes, case, guideline extract or teaching plan — or start with a clinical topic when you want a fast first draft. SlideBites helps organise, evidence-check and present the session while you remain in control of what you teach.
1. Choose how you want to start
Use My Material when you already know what you want to teach: paste your notes, case or guideline extract, then review and edit the proposed teaching plan before any slides are written. Or choose Start with a Topic for a faster evidence-based first draft. Blank and imported decks stay available too.
2. Approve the plan, then build
- Material-led sessions follow the teaching plan you reviewed and edited
- Clinical recommendations are checked against retrieved evidence rather than trusting pasted notes as evidence
- Slides, questions, key points and takeaways are built around the agreed teaching story
- A private two-minute presenter briefing explains the flow, likely questions, caveats and what SlideBites added
3. Make it yours
Every word is yours to change. Edit straight onto the slide, reorder the teaching, add or delete slides, use your own pictures, and keep private speaker notes. SlideBites is preparation support, not the person teaching the room.
4. Present, and let the room in
Pressing Present opens the room and shows a join code and QR code. People scan it and see the slides on their own phone — no account, no app. They can look back at an earlier slide and jump straight back to live.
On Zoom or Teams, share your screen and the join link stays on the slide, so anyone on one device can answer from their phone.
5. See what landed
- Answers arrive live, and you choose when to reveal the correct one
- Reactions and questions from the room
- A short feedback card at the end: rating, was the level right, and anything you want to ask
- Results and comments downloadable as a spreadsheet
6. Keep it after the room empties
The session becomes flashcards your learners can revise, attendees can collect a certificate, and you can share the session so someone else teaches it onward.
