Refund policy

If you are not happy with your contribution to Slidebites, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, for any reason. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

• Email us at hello@slidebites.com with the order reference and we will arrange the refund through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel a monthly contribution at any time by emailing us at hello@slidebites.com or through the link in your receipt, and it will not renew. The most recent monthly payment is refundable within the 30-day window above.

Stripe's own end-user terms of service and privacy practices also apply to the payment transaction.
